Here’s a simple guide of what you can expect when you work with HCP to find your new healthcare role or employee.

 

1. Get in touch

Contact HCP via e-mail with your CV or upload your job specification to info@healthcarepersonnel.co.uk  stating a contact number and a time to call and one our experienced team will contact you as requested.

2. Finding your wants and needs  

We arrange an in-depth telephone chat to discuss your requirements. If you don’t have a job specification or need assistance with your CV, guidance will be provided.

3. We know the market

Due to our experience we will be able to guide you on if your aims are achievable within the current market conditions such as salary expectations, job roles on offer.

4. We need to know about you

Not just a CV shifting agency we aim to find out more about you as a person or company to tailor the process as we know your time is important. No more wasted interviews not relevant to what you are looking for as a candidate or company.

5. We target the best candidates and vacancies

Due to our history we are able to speak to the great candidates and roles out there.

Working with all of the leading job boards, networking sites as well as knowing the go to people in the field we will find the hottest opportunities and candidates in the sector.

We understand your time is precious so will arrange all interviews and documentation so your valuable time is not taken up.

Having interviewed we can then arrange feedback and offer salary, contract negotiations for the successful applicant.

Not all interviews are successful. We will share an honest approach as to why not, so moving forward we can get it right the next time.

9. Aftercare

Post acceptance we will be be liaising with all parties to make sure everything is running smoothly.
